Revision and examination preparation

Each student is issued with a workbook and / or revision guide that exactly matches the specification. These excellent resources should be used extensively at home in preparation for public examinations (January / June), but also to help students tackle homework and coursework assignments .

Tracking and AfL

Throughout the course the department uses Traffic Light pupil tracking, which easily allows the students to be aware of how well they are meeting their potential at each stage of the course. The departmental marking policy is to mark students work such that guidance of how to reach the next level is given (AfL).
